Following graduation from Cottonwood, I went to Westminster College and studied developmental psychology. While at Westminster, I was elected as the Director of Clubs and Organizations, and had the opportunity to work with the Board of Directors, President of the College, Lt. Governor, and many clubs on campus. After graduating from Westminster, I went to the University of Utah to study substance abuse counseling. Since finishing the program, I had the opportunity to work at the Salt Lake County jail as a case manager for their substance abuse program, and then moved on to working with an outpatient treatment center where I am currently the Program Director and substance abuse counselor. When not working I enjoy volunteering, cooking, baking, traveling, and hang out with criminals. (Just joking on that last one.) In August, I will begin earning my master of social work at University of Southern California.
